Each year, Microsoft works closely with our partners to execute customer campaigns that build demand for scenario-based, customer-relevant solutions based on Microsoft software. By working together on joint marketing campaigns, we help drive demand for partner solutions that align with our enterprise sales priorities.
For FY08, Microsoft is executing eight customer campaigns, targeted at two audiences:
- Five target business decision makers and address the core business capabilities that we believe are fundamental to a people-ready business, building demand for Microsoft-based business solutions that deliver role-based productivity.
- Three target IT decision makers and focus on delivering the infrastructure to support a people-ready business, building interest in and demand for Microsoft-based infrastructure solutions using our Infrastructure Optimization models.
For more detailed information on these campaigns, please review our comprehensive Microsoft enterprise guides: the Enterprise Resource Guide, exclusively for our Microsoft field and partners, and the Customer Enterprise Resource Guide, providing a customer-focused perspective on Microsoft in the enterprise.
| If your organization has a relevant solution offering and you are interested in jointly driving a customer campaign, please speak with your Partner Account Manager (PAM). During partner business planning activities, your PAM can help you to define a Partner Solution Plan (PSP), which gives an overview of your solution offering and defines our joint value proposition and organizational commitments. PSPs are essential to working with Microsoft as they identify the preferred partners that Microsoft works with on joint marketing. |
